low mileage oil change

There's a ton of threads about oil changes and intervals, but I'm wondering about the one year low mileage oil change.
Since 2013 X1's have now been in North America for about a year, is anyone getting a "free" low mileage oil change before their next regular scheduled maintenance oil change? Assuming you qualify with low miles.
Does BMW even offer this service any more?

My last bimmer had < 5k miles each year and I had no issues getting a low mileage oil chg. annually. I think the qualification for low mile oil change is 5K miles or 1 year.

BMW will change your oil and filter when the service indicator says so or at the 1 year mark...whichever comes first.

Are you saying under warranty at no additional cost?
