Another member here threw some micro fiber towels in their car in case people who were riding in it spilled, etc. one for each chair. I put them in a week ago and have used them almost everyday, mostly to clean up minor stuff (wiping the leather dash/cup holder area/windows down)

Beautiful car bro! I didnít realize that you also get the ďMĒ running boards on the doors with the M package. Canít wait to get mine now (I get it Tuesday). I think the lighter interior looks great, but a challenge to keep clean. What is your experience? And yes, I too would like a review of the stereo.

Thanks Light, Ice, and Richard! The B&O is subjective, I have read a lot of "not worth it" for the price. I have written in a couple of threads that I believe, based on what I heard without B&O and with B&O, the difference is night and day. The audio quality, especially on my iPod, is amazingly crisp and clean, I heard things in songs I had never heard in the last 20 years of listening to the same song, the example I gave was listening to Frank Sinatra on the B&O singing "come fly with me", and I could hear him snapping his fingers while he sang, something I hadn't heard before, and at first I thought it was a rattle or something wrong inside the cabin of the car. Outside of the audio, the speaker covers, lights, and gimmicky raising out of the dash all make it worth the price. I would thoroughly recommend it!

I haven't had any issue with the Oyster interior and I have a 1 1/2 year old that sits behind me 24/7. I am on a regular cleaning routine with it though, I took the advice of people on here to do the leather cleaner and softener on it (every 3 months with Griots), I haven't noticed any blue jean transfer etc with it either.

Richard- You will need your own thread for the new car, I think we are all like kids in a candy store with people's new toys!

Looks fantastic, I love that light interior, I'm getting tired of black interiors. Put some mileage already, how much do you average per day?

I have never.. not once, owned a light colored interior, and was pretty hesitant, but I am glad I switched. The next car will most likely have the saddle or cinnamon to vary it up, some day I will risk the white/black...

Hmmm I have no idea on the daily mileage? I do a lot of short trips (30 miles 1-way), we do a lot of day trips into the city, I was driving home last night and had to bust out the ol' iPhone calculator to figure out how far ahead I am.. It's like I need to just park it for 2 months, then get back in it!...

Oooorrrrrr.... "buy" another one (maybe a 535/Audi A6...?) for a true commute car, and that way I don't need to think about lease $ amounts and mileage...

Me too! I have always been a fan of the darker grey cars. I think the color combo on this one was pretty right on. I am not sure if it was a dealer order or special order that a customer canceled, but I am very happy with it!

Well geez, it's about time that you finally get around to posting some pics! I was beginning to think that you just snapped a random pic of a car on the lot with Shafer. I really love the gray; if I didn't have such an obsession with Black BMWs, that would be my choice. You're a brave man to go with the all Oyster, but it really brightens up the interior nicely.

Hahaha.. when Ajdoha asked to post pics, I thought, Oh man, I could be some weird creeper on this site.. "hey I have a BMW too" and randomly post no pics of it... I even went out to a special little spot and took pics, I tried to get near the bigger airport sign, but it was on a main road, no bueno!

Yeah, I'm telling you, I saw the interior as we walked up and thought "NO WAY!!", sat in it, looked over at my wife and said, "well, I think I can actually live with this..." Strange how quickly it flipped...
