Would this work on brake calipers? Or is the heat too much? Is it reversible?

I know the company doesn't want you to do the calipers because they give you bags to cover your calipers

I tried twice. Used Dipyourcar.com for the kit and both efforts came out poorly. Maybe it was my approach, but he wheels looked too splotchy up close.

The good news is that I was only out $75 or so. Maybe a little more in the end. But removal wasn't hard. I found that when it came time to remove it, adding layers helped. If you don't like it, place no less than 5 layers on. Then it'll come off nice and thick. Fewer layers means more finicky spots that take extra effort to come clean.

Good job on your effort, tough.

Im very hard when it comes to judging my car. I think this came out real nice. Almost looks oem. Got to use 4 layers with spraying distance of 5 inches then use 2 layers of glossifier and have to wait 8-10 minutes in between the layers

Whatever shop balanced your wheels did a sh*tty job though, that wheel weight should NOT be on the outside rim of the wheel; tape weights should have been used.

You're going to have to redo the wheels when they are rebalanced and that weight is removed. Plasti-dip just peels off like latex paint once it's "cut".

Swap out those wheel emblems for some nice glossy high quality ones. They look a lot nicer than the sticker-based ones you have on now.

No, no - I'm being serious. I remember a few years ago this was popular with a lot of Honda people and you always always see who had it done after they had their tires mounted. It just scrapes the edge of the wheel - from what /Ive/ seen.

Should be fine man, 5-6 coats of the stuff and it'll be nice and thick, plus after you put a nice gloss over it, even better. Weights shouldn't be visible for outside viewers anyway. I mean, I can see it being scraped off if someone man-handled it, no doubt.
