Smile M5 LCI competition pack Ordered

I have finally ordered my dream car. After waiting for the LCI, it is finally on the way and due here in Australia late September. After debating colour with myself for months, I ordered Alpine White on Sakhir Orange with piano black trim. The LCI is standard in Australia with the competition package, which surprised me, but made the decision to get or not to get very easy. I can't wait..... Is it late September yet?

Still no M5 in my driveway. One downside of getting the first one is the government paperwork that needs to be completed by BMW Australia for compliance of the new spec car. It was my birthday yesterday and I was hoping for a 423kw present. I will keep you posted and get some pics ASAP after delivery hopefully in two weeks.

FIRST AUSTRALIAN DELIVERED M5 Comp Pack

It is finally here. Yesterday I picked up my new baby. I am so happy to finally have her in my driveway. It was raining all day here in Melbourne, so I have not been able to get any decent pics yet, but will do over the weekend.

My first impressions are obviously fantastic. I have been told to take it easy for 1500km and return to the dealer for a top up and tighten before the fun begins. I have to say that the Sakhir interior is awesome, I love it. I am also in love with the stereo (but it would want to be good for the $10,000 option price here in Australia). The new M6 steering wheel is just awesome, and i am surprised how good the Competition Pack wheels look in real life. I wasn't confident when I ordered the vehicle that they would look any good, but in the flesh they look very nice.

I need to thank the boys at Stillwells BMW South Yarra for an awesome purchase experience and great deal. They have been fantastic to deal with.

I will get some decent pics this weekend if the weather permits.

Nice Car I hope you mean a service in 1500 not just a top-up. These cars have to be serviced at 1200 miles or the warrantee is Void.
