Do u own 328i xdrive coupe MT?

Thanks to Nordic Kat for giving this nubie a crash course in how to use form. I am not a big blogger or FB'r or poster so I am defineitely in over my head here. Am looking for anyone out there who has a 328i xdrive coupe MT any trim to give me their experience of ownership. Been reading posts all over edmunds, CR, and numerous places in these bimmer forums but have found only 2 owners of 328i xdrive but not my year and have reached out to them as well. Please don't be too rough on me, just trying to do my homework on this as I have not
"officially purchased it yet" on order from Carmax. I think I'm getting a good deal on her:
328i xdrive coupe barbera red 48K for 24,998. Comments are greatly appreciated!

Peace Y'all

Most folks are going to tell you to spend more time here searching, not that I know what you'd be searching for, but with that mileage, maybe look for "maintenance" "problems" "miles", or things of that nature to help narrow the search down.

Search search search

Thanx and yes I've "searched" enough for one day - 3 hours! Have yet to find anyone with my vehicle which I'm guessing is maybe a good thing. Also found the few possible problems with 328i 2009,2011 just no 10'.

Peace!

Maybe post some questions as to what it is you're looking to discover about that particular year/model/drivetrain???

There aren't too many differences btw these model years other than a few cosmetic changes. The car your looking at is also known as an E92 which ran from 2007-2013. The problems that can occur with a 2010 can also occur on anyone of those model years.

Many common issues were fixed in 09. So a 2010 car should be relatively bug free, depending afcourse on the previous owner. Hopefully this might help broaden your search a bit.

I have '10 328i xDrive with MT, love the car, fun to drive. I have not run into any issues, that were not me just being super picky, like the seat belt extenders not grabbing the seat belt, I kept taking it back to the dealer till they replaced the seat belts, now work perfect.

Bought my 2009 xDrive Coupe with a MT and have driven it 10,000+ mi....love it. The seatbelt extenders are an issue and I got it replaced on the driver's side before the warranty ran out (4yr/50k). However, one of the keys to keeping it catching is to make sure the bar on the floor that the belt slides along is oiled/greased/whatever well because, if it isn't, the belt won't catch either.

That being said....get the coupe, it's a blast. Trunk is a little tight though but I'm sure that, if you're looking for a coupe, you know that. However, I've been able to fit a surprising amount of stuff in the trunk and with the fold-able seats.

If you have any more specific questions about my experience, feel free to PM me.
