320i E92 brake upgrade

With the standard calipers on an 320 E92 / what is the biggest size disc you can use up front and back without modifications? also can you go to drilled/grooved/vented?

Probably depends on the wheel diameter and clearance. You can do whatever you want if you have the money though, there are advantages and disadvantages to slotted and drilled. See if Stop Tech (Zeckhausen) has what you need for your model.

If you're asking if you can use larger rotors with your stock calipers, that's not possible or advisable.

You can probably get rebuilt 335i calipers for a decent price. That will allow you to run a larger disc size but you may also want to look into the brake fluid reservoir size and see if you also need to swap that in as well.
