Is the compressor not kicking on? Blower motor not running? Here is a thread I am working on. You may be able to wade thru it for some help. Fuse 20 works the IHKA (control panel) and fuse 11 works the compressor.

Is your ambient temp on the cluster correct? If it's not working it will show -40 and the car will not let the a/c kick on if it thinks you are in Siberia.

The compressor/clutch are on that pulley as you described. When you hit the snowflake button below the panel, the compressor should kick on. If it is not, it is usually a low freon issue but not always.

But first, what EXACTLY is the issue? Is the blower motor/fan inside the cabin working but no cold air? Or, is there nothing coming out of the vents? There is no need to take off the dash if the fan is blowing air, warm or cold.

The ambient temperature (outside temp) on the cluster must be working also.

The freon is the 'gas' for the system. I noticed you AUC is on. I take it you have the same result while in the other settings? If so then yes, get the gas checked. It's the most common and easiest thing to check. They even sell it here with the gauges on the can but I would recommend taking it to someone with the proper gauges. If they find the gas if fully charged, they can check for power to the clutch and determine if the clutch/compressor is bad. My money is on low gas/freon.
