2013 x6 needs backup camera retrofit

aloha from Hawaii,
I just bought a used X6 and it only had four thousand miles on it! Great deal but the drawback was there is no navigation or backup camera.

I can live without a navigation but a backup camera is important, since I have returned from Afghanistan and had my surgeries to my Neck, back and spine I find it difficult to look behind me or turn my neck in a quick manner.

my question to all the subject matter experts here is....what options do i have for a reverse camera? I want to primarily get it on my display but if I have to put it on a clip on rear view mirror attachment or make a custom dash mount display down by the ashtray and lighter. anyone out there have a company that i can get a module to adapt my current display. i have the standard display not the big navigation option. this X6 is the base model, it does have parking distance control in which the outline of the vehicle is displayed and the parking sensors make a tone as i approach close to objects.

any help would be greatly appreciated, i would even consider a retrofit for the Navigation option if it is feasible.

You could look into a rear view mirror replacement with an inset screen. Like this:

Most good pro installers can give you advice on options.
