4 week update

Got a 2011 335i about 4 weeks ago, and so far, all is good with the exception of the door seals creaking (dealer is replacing door seals monday). I've put about 1200 miles on the car, and love it. It's got Performance Edition, Sport, M-Sport suspension, Premium, Nav/iDrive and a couple other things. It's plenty fast for me.

Thinking about tint, but keep seeing cars around town with terrible tint jobs... wonder what it would cost to add BMW OEM privacy glass?

Anyhoo, gave it the first good wash and "quick detail", including polishing the exhaust tips, today and took a couple of pics (that's a '97 Nissan in the 1st pic... 64k original miles, 5 spd manual, A/C and cruise control ).

Congrats. Looks great. No such thing as privacy glass for a 3er in the U.S. Get a reputable shop to tint 35% all around www.Llumar.com , or www.FormulaOne.com . Llumar is non-ceramic tint and will work perfectly. Formula One Pinnacle series is ceramic. Both are made by the same company, www.CPFilms.com . Llumar is a top grade product. I've been using it longer than I care to admit (possibly longer than you've been alive ) and I've never been disappointed. And I'm a VERY picky customer.

Thanks for the suggestions. I may have to take another look at tint instead of buying the OEM tinted glass.
