Question 2013 328i lease - good deal?

My apologies in advance if this isn't the appropriate forum for this, but I am a BMW newbie and hope to have one in my possession very soon.

I got the following revised offer from my dealer in NC today. Should I take this deal?

2013 328i
Glacier Silver/Black Leather
Luxury package, cam, park assist

MSRP $45,145
Sale Price $41,645 (-$1,400 down pmt and addition of 725 lease fee)
Adj Cap Cost: $40,970
Cash Due at signing: $2,373 (includes 1400 down and dealer fee and first payment)
Pmts: $444.96
Money Factor .00121
63% residual: 28,441

Should I take this? They are claiming they won't budge, and I should look for a lower priced model if I don't want this but I am thinking of calling their bluff. It is the last day of the month. Also, thought it was strange they added in the lease acq fee in the cap cost and not upfront.

Thoughts? Any advice is much appreciated!

-B

Unless you need the car TODAY...always walk away from their first offer (politely). How many BMW dealers are there in your area? They're not in the business of keeping cars in inventory.
