carfax price adjustment question

I bought a 2011 335D CPO and did not check the carfax (wiser now). Since I had hassled with the dealer over the tires (they replaced them) I started getting a little bit paranoid so I bought a carfax report on line.

All the check marks are green, no damage or accidents, but it shows "carfax price adjustment" of minus $210. I started looking at lots of other cars on line and typically the BMW CPOs have a positive carfax price adjustment of a couple hundred dollars.

Would a "two owner" car account for this? It was a fleet vehicle for the first 7,000 miles, then a lease for the next 20,000. Types of owners = "corporate fleet" and "lease" ... is that a negative?

The maintenace history looks fine to me but maybe something in there is causing the negative price adjustment? Does anybody here know the carfax price adjustment logic?

Price adjustments could be for region, mileage, color, accidents...

You already bought it, go enjoy it.

easy to enjoy it!! And $210 is nothing. I'm just curious. If no accidents, why the -210? It did show a very busy service schedule - I don't take my cars to the dealer as often as this pervious owner did - but it all looks reasonable and preventive.

But you're right, today is a nice day in the sierra foothills maybe I'll take her for a spin and forget the internet for a while!
