I had the same problem, but loved the bite of the OEM pads. However, I finally got tired of the same issue and went with Brembo ceramic pads and brembo rotors. I LOVE them. So much cleaner. Don't get me wrong, they DO dust, but instead of needing to wash my wheels every 4 days, I can go 3 weeks. I like it!

Ceramic are clean... I never have to clean brake dust off my wheels... But, on the flip side, ceramics are too soft for my taste... Back to OEM I go after these

Lots of discussion on this. Pagids, Textar, Akebono to name a few. I'm running Akebonos and can go a couple of weeks before I notice the slightest dust. They do lack a little on the initial bite over stock, but it's a small trade-off I'm willing to live with. Once you get them hot I'd say they're as good as stock, but normal driving doesn't really get them that hot.

The bigger brakes of the 330 seem to over ride this as I just did a 100-0 stop the other day, mine bite PLENTY hard.
