CPO ENDS AUGUST 19th Need advice

I just bought my 328xi 07 <60k miles ....and its such an awsome car ...except for the sound system...When I play the radio i can hear alot of static especially if theres bass in the song playing...tge radio seems to go and come
like i have no radio signal ...and when i plug in my AUX cable
to my ipod ....I hear a continous /consant High pitch beep that gets anoying ....Is this something BMW would cover? Do i need new speakers or and Amplifier?

Radio isn't covered by the BMW CPO warranty. It may be your amp, someone on here will know more than me.

Yes but my car still has the temporary new car plates from the BMW dealership ...meaning i just bought this car..Any one work for BMW know if I should do?

Even if it has temporary "new" car plates, it is still a 7 year old "used" car. Aside from the fact the 07 body style has already been modified by two generations of face lift changes (LCI and F30), when they put in the work order they will have to put in the VIN, then the computer will tell them the factory warranty expired and CPO doesn't cover the radio... Used cars/houses are sold as-is.

Probably a better idea at this point just taking it to a shop for repair, radios aren't a particularly difficult system to deal with. Just make sure whoever does it knows not to go crazy splicing cables. BMWs have enough electrical gremlins without artificially created ones
