1984 633 CSI - rough start issue

My father recently gave me a 1984 633 CSI that is in mint condition. Kept in garage and under cover since he bought from original owner in 1998. About 117K miles. He is not doing well health wise and mom and dad just sold house and he did not have garage for car any more. I drive it in his honor.

My wife and I take it out once per week, usually for a short drive to grab dinner somewhere.

The car started fine the first few times but now it is having trouble. It will turn over so battery and starter seem fine but it immediatley bogs down and stalls. I'll try a few times then let it sit and come back 5 minutes later and it starts. Seems totally random.

Last night is took a bit to start. We drove 20 minutes to favorite restaurant, came out 1.5 hours later and it started right up. About 15 minutes into drive home it just stalled in same fashion and a red light and took about 3 minutes to get started again.

Any ideas on where to start? Seems like it is not getting fuel properly...
