Stereotypes about Women Drivers

Well....sometimes they`re true !

A woman ran over an innerspring mattress on the highway,

And decided not to worry -- and kept on driving.
It caught on the undercarriage of her Ford.

The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough
To tear a hole in the fuel tank.

The subsequent lack of fuel is what finally
Brought her vehicle to its knees.

She had managed to drive 30 miles,
With a 60 pound tangle of stuff wrapped around her drive shaft.

She had it towed to her Ford dealership, and complained
That the vehicle had a 'sort of a noise'
When she was driving at high speeds.

Below are the photos of what they
Found at her Ford Dealership....................

The last photo is by far the best.

"Sort of a noise" -- I'll bet it did!

They still can't believe their eyes,
And are still wondering how to remove it

Ofcourse they call every mechanic to look at it, you can see something like this only once in life.

Stereotypes about Women Drivers

Wow, that's just wrong.

My old mechanic used this analogy best. Take 2 brake pads and rotors, 1 driven by a man and another driven by a woman, both for 40K miles. On the man's side, you'll see the even wear on the brake pads and rotor. On the woman's side, the rotor is warped with hot spots and the brake pads are to the metal and falling apart. Women treat cars as accessories, definitely not as valuables.

It looks like some kind of giant bird taking nest under her car.

LOL.

This shows the disadvantage of a rear wheel drive vehicle. I bet she would not have suffered this if she drove a FWD car.

Must have been quite the odd noise.... That's grounds for divorse if she is married... Reminds me of two short instances I witnessed though.

One time while driving on a raised expressway, a truck carrying 5 gallon buckets of paint had dropped a few.. 3 lane road, 60mph limit. The buckets had not opened when they hit the ground. I had switched lanes and slowed down to avoid them. An old woman in a Lincoln Continental ran right through one at full speed busting the bucket apart. White paint went everywhere and some splashed on my black Chryser 300C on a nice 100 degree day. I took the first exit and pulled in the first empty driveway and used the hose to wash my car off.... The woman had kept going never slowing down.

Another time I was working in a parking garage putting up new lighting. I put a rather large parking cone in a spot to block it off. I walked away to get material and when I came back there was a woman in a Porsche 911 parked in the spot getting out of her car. I explained to her that I was working on the light to which she argued with me that she parks in that spot every day. I told her I had put a cone there for a reason and then asked what did she do with the cone. She argued some more that there was no cone. She got in her Porsche and drove away pissed off... The cone was stuck under her car and she dragged it with her through the garage as she went up about 2 floors.

I'd laugh but my wife is not far off when it comes to cars. If it starts and moves, then nothing else matters.

My wife will yell at slower cars, and has been known to downshift to 3rd in my car when frustrated on I-10 and bring it up to whatever the redline is in 3rd gear.
