Excessive headlamp gap

Anyone else have a large gap between the front bumper and the headlamps? I bought my Z4 used and don't know what history it had but this just doesn't look right. Going to see if BMW can align the frame properly. It's the same on both sides..

Car fax is clean. Previous owner had it regularly serviced. Someone mentioned it was possibly towed at one point causing stress on the bumper.

Interestingly enough I was walking around the lot at my local dealership and noticed two 2011 Z4s with the same gap. Common issue I guess.

These gaps are adjustable. If you open the hood, you will notice round, grey rubber bumpers. they screw in and out, allowing the hood to close more or less close to the bumper cover and headlights.
