Top end cleaning.

Has anyone done a top end cleaning, such as with the Berryman product or seafoam? I've used Berryman before on various cars with good results. I got my car with 27200 miles, which is kinda low, and i have zero issues, but would feel better running a can through. Is there anything I would need to know?, other than getting to the PCV line? I kinda remember reading that using the PCV line for this procedure, would not get to all of the intake?

Remove the intake and have a look....issue at your mileage unlikely, however.

Seafoam goes in the fuel tank. Sure, run a can through - won't hurt.
