ALARM RANDOMLY TRIPPING OFF 740iL

I am having an issue with my 740iL Please help if you can..... really annoying to keep being woken up by the alarm in the middle of the night. PS - the last time this happen I came out only to notice that ALL of the windows were down as if I had put the key in and activated them to do so. Please advise anyone who knows what's going on here!

Thanks in advance!

The alarm sensor in the front gets crapped up over time. My 740i would go off always at the wrong time; the dealer disconnected the front sensor. I don't know exactly where it is, under the hood I think.
