Buying a 07 335i coupe. Good deal?

Well, I'm in the market for a 335i, and I found a 2007 335i super clean with only 40000. The dealer wants 23,992 and it has navi and not black interior (some other color, but not red) and the car is that gun metal grey color. Now my questions are, how do I know it has dct? (I want to launch it). And how reliable will it be, as jut a daily driver? (It doesn't have warranty). Is this a good deal?

My mom and brother have 328's and they don't seem to have too many problems.... Well my moms 08 328 did, which we sued an they took it back cause it was a lemon and have us a 2011 328 for a super price. But my brothers 07 328i coupe sometimes isn't as responsive as it used to be a year ago.... Any idea why?

[1] Buy immediately. 335i is dead reliable if you maintain it.

[2] The problem is: Codes have not been read, so we have no idea at all what to do. Under criteria so far, could be anything.
