I finally got the relay for the ignition got it put in and it fired right up but it when i got like half a block down the street it started falling on its face and wont rev above 1000 rpms then ill shut it down turn it back on then rev it three times then it wont reve above 1000 rpms again i replaced the distributor the rotor the plugs and know the wires are in good order checked the fuel filter and also replaced the fuel pump itcame with the car so i dont know if its junk or what im gonna try putting the old fuel pump back on then see what happens but other then that i made sure theres no vacum leacks in intake and also i took out the two crank sensors down at the driver side of the bell housing and cleaned them up i that they should be ok can someone for the love of baby jesus help me out here im really screwed here

I think you need to get yourself a Bentley manual to guide you in troubleshooting your problem. It seems as if you have a fuel related problem, but it could be ignition or even emission related. A fuel pressure test would be a good place to start, but dirty or clogged injectors could also be the cause and requires further testing.

No easy 'Just turn the screw to the left a bit' fix here. You seem to be replacing parts without testing or logic. Very expensive and (as you now know) won't fix the problem. +1 on the Bentley.
