?% off MSRP for 2014 X1

Hi all,

Not sure if this is an appropriate topic since I am new here. For these who recently picked up/ordered a 2014 X1, what was the percentage off MSRP that you got from your dealer? I am at the Bay Area and hope to get 8% off MSRP ($42100) for a new X1 xdrive28i (has to be built, not in inventory). Is this a reasonable price?

Thanks for sharing your opinions/experiences.

Go up from invoice, not down from MSRP. $500 above invoice seems typical, incentives can drop that, serious hagglers can do a bit better.

Thanks for your quick reply. The invoice is about 6.6% MSRP. So it seems 8% off is actually pretty good. On the side note, I missed the Ultimate test drive incentive.

I got 6.5% off sticker price. Felt that was sufficient as the dealer also gave me a fair price on trade-in.

I just negotiated and picked up my VO X1 with Ultimate and Cold package last Thursday. MSRP is 40850-ish. I drove off the lot out at 37500. $55 under invoice for a savings of ~8%. This includes the $500 off for choosing BMW financing. Which I will quickly refinance for half the rate soon as the payments start.
