Cold engine noise 730ia

So, when I bought the car (730i '94), the owner told me that the pipe is rattling a bit when press gas somewhere around 1.5k-3k then it goes away, better heard in the passenger area. Its not getting worse or anything I am just curious, maybe its something else than the pipe, ohh.. almost forgot, the noise is much louder when car sits over night (here in Finland its a bit cold ) goes away after 20-40seconds then only when press gas at low RPM's (1.5-3k)

Another strange noise is coming also when cold start engine, its makes like belt squeek noise? not sure how to expres myself, it stays only for 10 seconds, and only when start after car sits sometime 10+hours, maybe its my ABS pump making that noise because one of the high pressure hose leaks(this week going to order from US new hose, new one here is 300euro... US parts 130) and it doesnt get oil at the start, or its belt or something. I would really love some answers or maybe similar problems. =)

The (exhaust?) rattle is probably from the catalytic convertor. When cold I guess everything has shrunk and after the catalyst mesh has heated up, it expands enough to sit a bit tighter?

The squeak sounds like a badly adjusted serpentine belt. Check the belt tensioners and the amount of free play in the belt, and its condition. Cracks, spilts or chunks missing? A cold belt, a little too loose, will slip as it comes under load from the p/s pump and alternator. As the belt warms up it grips the pulleys a little better and will stop slipping.
