Mein Auto: 1988 M5
88 M5 Temperature Sensor

My display indicates an outside temperature of -30.

I am assuming the sensor has faulted after 25 years.

Does anyone know where the sesor is located?

Hi, it is behind the left side fog light and yes this is a common part that dies.
