Real time traffic

Is the nav system supposed to be able to show traffic? I can only get it to show me hazard/construction warnings. Would be nice if it showed congestion a la Google Maps or the Apple Maps.

I've got Ultimate, tech, HK, etc. So if it's possible, this car should be able to do it.

On the normal map you also need to enable showing traffic congestion. It was off by default on my cars.

I think this may have done it. Option was well buried in the split screen controls/map/traffic info categories/traffic flow. For whatever reason it was not selected while all other options were. I already had the grey traffic conditions option selected. Thanks.

Im finding iDrive a bit funky that way. Certain options are not where you'd expect them to be, and the split screen menus are oddly organized.

I swear when I have to turn audio over BT back on (it is automatically turned off when you plug into the USB port), it takes me awhile to search and remember where that is.

That's really about the only complaint I have at the moment
