30FE Overboost error Stock 335i

Hi All, I bought a 07 e92 335i (Completely Stock as far as I know) recently. 90k on the clock fully serviced.

Under WOT @ 3-4k revs I am getting limp mode.

Error codes 30FE and 3100 Overboost.

Reset the codes and car was fine for 10days, thought I was in the clear, false alarm and resetting has fixed the issue then at the end of a long drive I was overtaking WOT and limp again. Now again anytime under WOT I get the 30FE overboost limp.

I have read every thread there is on this and 99% of these relate to tuning issues but I have no tune.

Possible Causes:
1. Wastegate solenoids Some people say change the solenoids others say the solenoids would only contribute to 30FF (underboost) errors.
Any clarification here? Could 1 or both of the wastegate solenoids cause the wastegate to stay closed and 30FE overboost error?
Another poster said to clean the solenoids, how should I go about this? Also to switch the solenoids around after cleaning?

2. Sticky wastegate. I have a RHD car so the rear turbo actuator arm is impossible to access from the hood.
Under the car I see the end of the arm (hinge area with about 2 inches of the arm).
What do I need to do to check for sticky wastegate? How much force should it required to move the arm when car is off?
Does the car need to be running?

3. Lubricating actuator arm. Again I can only see the end of the arm from underneath the car. I would have to spray oil all over the area to try lubricate the arm.
What oil should I use? Guessing standard car oil would not be ok? 0W30 or 5W30?
After oiling do I move the arm manually?

Is there anything that Im missing?

Turbos were replaced 2 years ago according to service history.
There are no rattles, car ran seriously sweet after initial clearing of codes for 10 days.

The thoughts of replacing the turbos makes me die a little inside.
