Red face 2001 x5 climate control unit bad needs repair or buy used

Hello all,

My x5 climate control unit would not stop running or blowing air unless I turn off the engine. T cut short the opinions, I noticed two remedies from reading other threads: First, repair it and second, buy a used or new control unit.

None of the remedies above is easy for me. I could not locate used one to match my unit and I dont know who I can send it for repair because that is what I intend to do. My unit has double (13x2) blue pin connectors and duble (9x2) black pin connectors.

I need assistance, please.

Thanks

Do you have the manual IHKR (with dials)...or the auto/digital IHKA control panel?

(IHKR)
