White smoke out of exhaust? Bmw 525i 2003

So about 4 days ago I went to my car and started it and noticed a huge white cloud next to me, turns out that it's coming from my exhaust, after the car stays on a while It passes and I go home and there's no smoke, next day I start it very little smoke but goes away and I noticed when I'm coming up hills (over 45 degrees) sometimes a huge white smoke shoots out and that's it, it goes away and will smoke very little until it goes away, I check the gauges and everything is okay, my car has 81,xxx miles very well taken care of, recently changed the spark plugs (1 month ago) and I want to know what can my problem be, a mechanic by my house said it can be a clog but I Don't believe him, until my mechanic comes back tomorrow or the next day I won't know what it's from, please help?

Typing /white smoke F3 in the VERY best of E39 Links nets this, among others:
- Diagnosis of white smoke out of your exhaust pipe (0) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8)
