Done, drove about 30 miles. Noticeable difference and the best part is that it doesn't reset the settings when you turn off your car, but keeps it at your last position. I do wish the cable was a bit longer for a bit more flexibility to mount it, but I can deal with it. I can basically cut the "downshift" lag from say 1 second to less then half a second. That's really good. The only problem is that it can get a bit sensitive in order to achieve that. Still need to drive a few miles to get used to it though, it's kind of a new car (having to relearn the throttle).

After you get the car out there for a while you will find a setting you like. I prefer regular sport for the pedal box setting. Sport+ on the pedal box is too twitchy for me.

Installed mine today and like it. I have not been able to put many miles on it to experiment, but like what I feel so far. I have been driving with it in sport +, with it set on the 3rd level. Figured I would start at the fastest setting then dial back if I needed. The car is a bit jumpy now.

I have not read the directions yet, so does anyone know if it is ok to adjust the settings while you are driving or does it have to be stopped?

And I also agree that we have to come up with a better solution for hiding the wiring and box.

It says not to change the settings while using the accelerator, so I just hover over it, make the change, then test it out.

You already have it out of the box, yer half way home.. Do it now and go for a test drive.

I drove about 30 miles today with it in Sport+ and on the 3rd setting. I agree it is a bit jumpy, but I will get used to it. No complaints and well worth the small investment.

My mileage seems to be the same. Obviously, the more you hammer the car the lower the mileage will go, but that's the case, pedlebox or not.

So between the pedlebox and zip tying my little flappers on my exhaust, the car performs and sounds like a beast.

My PedalBox Review

So far 5/5 recommendations. I can't believe it took us all so long to give this pedal box a shot. What cave were we all hiding in? With the car and box both on sport it is truly a zero lag speedster. Amazing!

Can't wait for the review from Mr. Karim and his bare feet shot. If possible would you post a foot shot in high heels also. That would so rock!

Just installed the pedalbox at my local BMW dealership. They even removed the panel to hide the wires as good as possible. I will try to make a video soon, but so far, it is amazing! Eco mode actually improved my fuel consumption, 13.6L/100km and still feels responsive. Sport+ mode is scary but fun as hell, kicks in like GTR!
Including some pics

Thanks! I had an oil change due, therefore asked the dealership to install. They did an amazing job hiding it, took 40mins to do.

Did they charge you for the install? 40 min? was one hand tied behind their back...

$150/hr, they took $80 for 40mins. But they actually removed the panel in order to hide those wires, the job is done well

That is probably about right. Here's my break down minute by minute:

1. 2 min to remove current accelerator pedal
2. 7 min to remove panel
3. 2 min to install pedal box
4. 7 min to re-install panel
5. 3 min to re-install accelerator pedal
6. 19 min to spank monkey after seeing Mr. Karim's soft and supple hands.

Job done. 40 min.
