I think you got robbed. Everyone has to make money, but they have to consider something as minor as this as "good will". Do you suppose that they know that you may be shopping for a new car next year? Wouldn't it be nice if you remembered how well they took care of you? My dealer is the same as yours unfortunately.

I own a couple of Toyota's and the service department has helped me out on several occasions for no charge.

You guys have a 2013 top of the line BMWs, why not spend $80 instead of installing it by youself?

I like the satisfaction of doing some things myself. I even pump my own gas.

I don't mind pumping my own gas, but when doing something major, I like the satisfaction when something is done professionally. My occupation is based on computer science, I can do something computer related but for example, if I break my hand, I won't try to fix it by myself, I'd go to the doctor, because the doctor would know better

I removed the the pedal. It was easy. However I could not disconnect the cable. I pull it, tag it.... No result. Would you please tell me how to do this? Do I need to pry it to disconnect?

I usually destroy things very easily I do not want to damage the cables/pins. I second Mr. Karim's solution; money well spent IMO.

How does Pedal Box mod compare to N63 Stage 1 from Berger performance? What I mean, which one will give you better performance response? Would doing both be 2x beneficial? Would anybody recommend it? http://www.burgertuning.com/N63_Jb_B...nce_Tuner.html

You need to squeeze the connector on both sides while you pull, one side you can see the tab and squeeze the corresponding area on the other side.

Did anyone try to combine the BMW's Sport + mode, with a DS mode and a Sport+ PedalBox mode?

My PedalBox Review

After couple of hours of pedal box experience, I agree with Raj. This is great.
My Kia responses like S5 during take offs. It does not power down itself when the engine is turned off would be the only criticism I would raise. I am expecting to see increase in oil consumption more than gas. Click image for larger version

Ha. You got me! Good one.

You are more right than you know. Sadly I don't even have my Kia now that it is being fixed after being rear ended.
