Random Misfire P0300

Hi, SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on. Tried to read the error code and it just gave me the P0300 Random Misfire. Took it in to the dealership to see what it needed and was told that both pressure relief valves/vents were torn and needed replacement. Not sure where those are. Can someone help..?

They are called CCV valves, and they are easily replaced. Search YouTube and you'll find some informative videos on how to do it.
