2006 e90 lumbar stuck?

While driving home from work today, I was adjusting my lumbar. After a bit I noticed that the top portion won't retract all the way back down. I tried the bottom and middle and they both seem to be working, but the top won't go all the way back down.

I have searched and I can't quite find a solution to this problem. Is it the switch, the seat, a relay, a fuse or something else entirely? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Ok, I was just looking at it. I got the back of the seat removed (without breaking the bottom clips SCORE!) and looked at all hoses. Nothing is kinked. The inflation process works like normal but it's the deflation that doesn't. On the right (facing the rear of the seat) is the motor and at the bottom is where the all the hoses connect. Is this just a solenoid? When I disconnect the dual connector that go straight to the lumbar bag, it deflates. I am thinking it has to be the solenoid (if that's what it is).

Do I have to replace the solenoid, can it be rebuilt etc?

Also, as a side project, can I move the lumbar bag down at all? I'm a short guy so that lumbar bag is a bit high up for me. I figure if I get in there for repairs, I'll move the bag down a bit.

Any ideas about that solenoid?

EDIT: Or is it just the switch?
