Coupe Rear Shock Replacment

Planning to replace the rear shocks on my 2001 3.0 Coupe. Can someone tell me how to go about removing the interior trim to access the upper shock mounts? Also which rear shock mount is best? ( Meyle, Ireland, etc.)

Start taking pieces out from the rear; just work slowly and carefully to prevent breaking anything. I think I've gotten to the point of being able to strip out the back of a coupe in under forty-five (<45) minutes, and I've removing a lot more than is required to access just the shocks.

I've got hundreds (maybe thousands) of Coupe interior pictures, but no step-by-step stuff. www.spcarsplus.com/gallery3

My preference is for the Rogue Engineering billet upper shock mounts, but they're all nearly identical and similarly priced.
