Is this a fair price for this 335i vert?

Hey guys,
I'm looking at an 08 335i vert, black with beige leather, 120K miles, sport pkg, asking price is $19K.
I talked them down to $18K, but told them let me think about it so I'm asking for your input.

The top worked smoothly and no squeaks when up. Ride and power were good also.
It was windy during the test drive, and I took the car up to 70 mph. I noticed a slight vibration at 70 and top down. Is this normal?

Thanks!

No vibration is normal up to 150 mph. Should be totally stable, top up or down.

Little point asking here if price is right - take it to a good Indy for pre-purchase inspection. Without that, shot in dark. Gonna cost - he should look at intake valves. If you don't know what I mean, time to do some reading!
