mud guards or not

Thinking about installing mud flaps on my 2011 328xi for the winter. Any thoughts? ...Ugly, useless, etc...Anyone have photos?

I had one from day one (on US soil). Loved.

I live on a dirt road... Must have... Interestingly, my car (used) came with them already installed, and the dealer apologized for them... I was happy to not to have to go to the trouble of installing them!

I don't like the look myself. If you really need them then I guess it is worth it, just not my thing, then again I don't drive on dirt roads. N4S

+1

I don't think mudflaps are installed for style, they are installed for function.

For me, the look is not worth the small benefit.
