Exclamation Bmw warranty questions

Hello there,
I just bought a 2011 335xi with everything pretty much on it, however I just got the letter from the dealer that I need in order to import it (recall type letter) and it shows that the warranty coverage is:

No coverage as of: 08/18/2014
Expiration Mileage: 50,000

This car has just a hair over 60k miles on it and I was under the impression that this came with 100k mile warranty. Is that not so?

Not unless its a CPO or has been CPOed

Not unless its a CPO or has been CPOed
which is in additional warranty that is not as comprehensive for 50k to 100k or another 2 years
whichever comes first . At least that's the way I understand it works.
Initial Warranty is 4 years or 50k whichever comes first.
Pretty much like every other car except some of the Korean cars and I think Ford does that now.

Some BMW's have extended warranties on specific equipment like turbos on the 335. The rest of the equipment not under an extended period is done at 48mo/50k miles which ever comes first.

Thanks that's good to know, explains why the price was a great deal, hopefully I don't run into to many issues before I sell her off for a new one in a few years.
