Mein Auto: 1996 BMW Z3
CA Emissions Failed

I have a 1996 BMW Z3 with 1.9L. It has roughly 160K miles on it. I run 91 octane gas in it. I recently replaced the cat because of the CEL (code) with a magnaflow cat.

I am trying to pass the SMOG test in CA and have run into an issue. Looking for some ideas on what I need to look at to fix the issue.

Here are the numbers from the test.
