Run flat tire bubbles

I have a 2007 335i that goes through tires. Every 4000 miles I get a bubble in a side wall and I don't know why. Any help with this I thank you.

Bubbles are usually caused by sidewall breaks from hitting potholes. Low profile tires = more bubbles. For this very reason, I won't go past 45 series 17's for my daily drivers.

I destroyed 8 tires (non RFTs) and 5 rims on NYC roads. Replaced the crap OEM shocks with Koni FSD and have not had a problem since.

Ooooooooooh the wages of low information posting.....this actually has happened before, to at least one Bimmerfest participant I can think of!!!!!!!!!!!!

To resolve your low info status into Satisfied Person, just indulge yourself with SEARCH, located above!

Remarkably effective, a SEARCH for TIRE DAMAGE in this forum alone will route many question-answering posts your way. Enjoy! And don't forget - there's nothing new under the sun and it's all been discussed before. SEARCH can answer many questions, many concerns; present time tested solutions for your consideration. Good alternative covering all ground: GOOGLE

.
