E82 / E88 1 Series (2008 - 2013)
BMWs throw back to the iconic 2002, with a renewed form and function. The smallest car in BMW's line up but still packs a punch. Available in coupe or convertible, powered by either an inline 6 in the 128 or the twin turbo rocket sled 135.

135i Speaker BSW upgrade

I have the base system and I wanted to do a speaker upgrade. So I have been looking for my E86 and I am going to get the upgrade for this model. I have some hesitations because its so expensive but we shall see.

Ill report back.

I did the speaker upgrade for my 135i. And I must say the video of them doing the install is very easy to use. I had it up on my tablet and I woudl play a part and do it. and it was very straight forward. It made replacing the speakers very easy.

The Front were very simple pop off the door. and since every thing was prewired it was very simple plug and play. That was actually really nice. you cloud not screw anything up.

The rears were fine too however it seems I have a similar rear setup like I do my front (mids and tweets). However they only gave me the mids so I emailed thier tech support. Which I also must say has been SUPER responsive. I had been talking to them about this upgrade and specs weeks before it bought it. Jeremy and Micah are two people i have dealt with. I took out the stock mids and tweets and dropped in the mid. I will see if I am supposed to get another pair or if I need to buy another pair.

The sound is really phenomenal. There isnt that heavy base thump. but the music seem clear and pure. There is some good low end but not heavy. I am super happy with it. A lil pricey but look out there for coupon codes.
