Considering selling 2014 MSport,

Mineral White, Ultimate Package, heated seats, X1 xdrive 28i, sand beige interior--43,625 sticker. Love the car however I plan to buy a townhouse in a warm climate. With less than 10,000 miles.
Is it likely to sell for 36,000 or 38,000?
It was ordered with the ideal options and price. Delivery taken in July-- any advice or interest is appreciated

Probably not. I'd guess 35,000. If you did a trade-in for another BMW, maybe more? They could CPO it and sell it for a touch over what you want.

Just an FYI, but the X1 still is a great car even in warm climates! Good luck with sale! I'd see what a dealer might give you. Worth a trip just to see.

Thanks and I will test the waters-- and may just keep it. I prefer the handling of the x drive over the S because of the tighter hydraulic steering.

FWIW, I just bought a 3.5i

Before this one, I looked a a similar one to yours, 2013 MY, similar equip, under 5,000 miles, private party for $35K... He accepted my offer of $33K but then walked when he realized how upside down he was on the deal.

Good Luck

When I configured your option with Royalty $500 and Bonus $750, Carsdirect's price is $36,846. Not including BMWCCA $500 rebate.
Trade in for another car to recoup the tax you paid, or just enjoy it....
