Extra Brake Fluid Flush under free maintenance?

Long story short; my first brake fluid flush was done at 19 months (5 months early); I was in with a key fob issue and the service writer asked if I wanted the brake fluid flushed (and of course the always-being-replaced wiper blades) as I was already there and they had an opening; so I agreed.

Typically you only get one brake fluid flush included in the free maintenance period because the second one is typically due at 48 months at which time the free maintenance has expired. However in my case when I look at the maintenance indicator it states that a brake fluid flush is due in December; 5 months before the free maintenance expires. Will the dealership then flush the fluid again as it's within the first 48 months, or will they push back that it's only covered once in the first 48 months. I would hope the former, but if the latter I will just do it myself.

If the key is calling for it, you'll get the second one.

Note that it needs to be the key, and not the dashboard display, but if it the car is calling for it, I'd be pushing for it.

EDIT: And, after thinking about it, I realized that my car had the analogous situation.
I didn't time out of my warranty, I mileaged out, crossing 50k miles just 22 months after picking it up from the dealer (end of June). However, with my ED at the beginning of May before redelivery, my car came out of the factory thinking its "In Service" date was late April, even though all the BMW USA paperwork said it was the end of June. When it called for a brake fluid change in April, 2 months "early" according to BMW USA, the dealer did the fluid change just before I killed the free maintenance with mileage, and 2 months before its official 2 year anniversary.

Each situation is different and I had my 2nd flush when I was in for other scheduled work. It is so easy to do using Motive that I have done 2 more flushes since then actually last week.
Also it is up to how the dealer runs their shop so I doubt you will find a standard answer...
