New Savini wheels on my F02

Hello all

I am a fairly new F02 owner, I traded in my e60 for my f02 a few weeks ago, and my new wheels finally came in!.

These are just phone pics, but you get the idea.

What do you guys think?

Love it. Looks similar to the 20" Msport wheel, just bigger and better. Awesome.

Thanks! There is a guy on the local Ohiobimmer forum that is a photography student and is offering free car photo shoots to help with his portfolio. I am going to meet up with him before winter hits.

Yea, or even more like the e38 m par. I really did not put that visual together until I walked to the back at the wheel shop and saw them on the car the first time.

H&R sport. But it's actually a little lower than I expect (hope) it will be after tomorrow. The shop accidentally ordered and installed the H&R springs for the 740il. They are making the change tomorrow with the correct 750il springs. The current config looks really sweet, but does rub the wheel well liner a bit when turning in reverse and at certain angles. I am optimistic that the correct springs will raise it up a bit, but will still look great, and give a little room for some suspension travel.

Looks really nice! Remind me of BMW M Parallel wheels.

I assume they are 22"? How's the ride compare to stock tires?

I am still on the fence between 20" and 22" wheels. I had 20" on my E38. Although they make the car look good, the ride quality was compromised. Hence my concern going to 22".

Here's an old pic of my E38 with 20".

I agree with the M par comment for sure, but I didn't make that connection until they were on the car. Maybe subconsciously I bought them because I always loved the m par wheels

Yes 22's. I just got them installed yesterday and have not driven much yet, so I will have to comment on ride quality a bit later. First impressions are that I do feel the road a little more, but its still pretty smooth. So far, I think the biggest reduction in ride quality is from the H&R springs, but I am really hoping some of that has to do with the wrong springs being installed. I will find out later this evening after they are swapped for the correct springs.
