Question Please help me decide

I'm looking at two equally priced CPO 328's - jet black and space gray. Both have Premium (ZP2) and value (ZV2) packages. The grey one also has Sport package (seats and M Sport steering wheel w/paddle shifts). The same suspension on both vehicles as they are equipped with xDrive. However, the gray car is also one year older and its warranty will expire 12 months earlier. I like the sport seats, but how important is the warranty? Thanks for your advice!

Gray is much easier to keep clean. I assume it must be much lower mileage since it's priced same as a newer model. I'd be real tempted to buy the lower mileage one...but I don't buy cars and turn them in 3-4 years, I drive them for 10. Therefore the lower mileage one would get my vote.

Gray cars aren't easier to keep clean, they are just a bit better at hiding the dirt !!

My wash bucket routinely turns up black water week after week.

Sorry, I didn't supply enough info. Both cars have roughly the same mileage on the odometer and are the same model year (2011). However, the grey one was manufactured sold earlier 12 mo. earlier, hence the warranty difference. I guess I will go with the black one just for peace of mind. Maintaining black cars is a chore (swirls, dirt), but I do have some detailing experience and the necessary tools.
