Looking at buying 06 330i

I'm thinking about picking up an 06 330i manual.

Most of the cars are right around 100K, any idea what near term maintenance needs to be done on a car like that?

Mein Auto: E92 330i Manual
When I had my 328, this is the work I had done between 82 and 100k, approximately, just to give you an idea. Obviously each car is different.

New front control arms, all rear suspension bushes (drop the diff out, high labour content), rear brakes and pads, thermostat, throttle cable (N/A for you), oil level sensor, rear trailing arm bushes, diff and gearbox oil.

Sounds like quite a few problems, and possibly expensive problems at that.

Is that normal?
Control arms and bushings are normally things replace at that age are they?

I would flush all fluids. Replace all bushings. Check for the cowl leak issue...look for gaps between the glass and cowl. And make sure the headlight housing is sealed properly. Have the owner/seller hose the headlights down in direct sunlight. See if they fog up.

Other than that, it's just basic maintenance and wear and tear.
