Dipped beam bulbs - H7 vs H7r vs H7s

Hello all,
recently i had to change the bulb so i need to buy new one for the replacement (mandatory vehicle equipment).
Visiting random shop nearby they sell several variants of Philips H7 bulbs. There are H7 with 30% extra, 60% extra (both claiming to be the "normal" H7), Xenon version and then there are H7r and H7s.

Now what is H7s and H7r? They both have +100% to the beam on the blister. I don't remember which one but one of them is also multi colored (which i assume is some kind of tinted light in the beam itself).

I have E91 2007. I don't have Xenon lights so that rules out H7 Xenon version. How about those H7s and H7r? What are they?
