Car shakes.

Rpm fluxuating and some shaking at the shifter knob

Going crazy trying to fix this problem I'm worried something might blow up.

I took it to a tuning shop to get the software updated at the moment.

Any suggestions? I heard it could be something wrong with the fuel filter or coil packs

I've changed 5/6 ignition coils from a 08 335

Someone please tell me what the hells going on.

Well, it is good to consult the on-board computer. It reads many sensors, and will tell you if there's a fault, which there certainly is.

Which fault? THIS THAT

OTOH any good Indy will have one or the other. While it's in for tuning, read.
