need some help. replacing rims/tires 09 328xi

Hello all Im new to the forum but was told by a buddy that is the place for answers.

This is what I have going on.
I have a 2009 328 xi coupe with original RFTs tire size 225/45/17, 5 lug 4.72 in, 120mm high positive offset. With 3 bent rims that I was told by dealer cant be straightened and need replaced. ( not sure if thats true or not) Anyone with wheel straightening experience please feel free to give me your opinion.

What I was going to do is replace the rims and tires going away from RFTs. Foud a good deal on original OEM wheels from a 2005-2010 545i. No RFTs 10 spoke wheel.

I need help from someone to tell me if these would fit. The size of tire on teh 545 rim is 225/50/17 and medium offset. I think the tire size would not be an issue as its only about .5 inch diff. I am concerned about the difference in offset. high positive to medium??? Does anyone know if I would have rubbing issues?

Thanks all for any advice
