Questions regarding P0128 and P0420 codes + More

Hi guys, first post from a year long lurker. Great to join such a knowledgeable forum

Now, here's my dilemnas

1. My car popped up with CEL light about 2 month ago and from a diagnostic tool I bought I discovered it was P0420, aka Cat Below Threshold. The car neither rattles, dont really notice any loss in power, nor does my gas mileage seemed to have dropped. Will I be fine with continuing to drive with this code? Ofc come summer I think i'll get a generic cat and get it installed after checking whether its a cat or sensor issue.

2. About a week ago I got the P0128, aka Coolant Below whatever. From my readings online, this means a t-stat replacement, since once the code comes it defaults to open. Again, my engine heats up just fine to operating temp and remains there the whole time with no funny business in my driving. (Mileage, power loss etc). Wierd eh, for both to do no damage it seems? Again, can I post phone this till later?

3. Now an electrical issue, my climate control buttons of increasing fan power does not do anything, neither does Max anymore, it used to work but not even that anymore. I can only decrease from whatever auto sets it to. I also cant adjust the temperature on the driver side, but can on passenger. Readings have suggested to look at fuse?

Sorry for the wall of text guys. I'll reply to any replies asap.
