Headlight washer covers

Is there a simple proper way to put the washer cylinder cover on? I have looked at diy's and installed my new cylinders and hose without any problems. Don't want to break the covers so was wondering if someone knew of the easiest way to get them clipped on. T/u

Cool Got it

Ok, really easy once you know that the cylinder can be pulled out for you to install cover. Used the handle side of a pair of pliers so I wouldn't put any grooves or scratches on cylinder. Put on cover and release, works great...
