What are signs the battery is on its last legs?

Also, the car will warn me on the dash, right?

Your clock will loose time. Some of your setting will be changed. Very doubtful you will get a warning. Most likely you will have a harder time starting the engine...

Starting the car it sounds weak to crank the engine up...engine off and turn radio on you may get a yellow battry light on... This shows battery is on life support

Your car exhibits bizarre, non-sensical behavior. As if gremlins moved in.

Yes, a warning's likely....but might be missed among the flood of other things going wrong....

Mine had long cranks before I change the battery.

I had long cranks before I changed the battery.
And its not a 335.
If you are playing the radio without the motor running the
radio will turn off within about 10 minutes.
Also I would charge the battery but it would loose a a volt while sitting overnight.
I did get a warning when I did a stereo install with the battery connected most of the time.
I think by the time it warns you its pretty close to a catastrophic failure.

I was told that just inserting the key fob will create a 30 amp draw on the battery to start up the computers and control systems. I found that if I left the key in without starting the car for a few minutes the battery low voltage warning light would come on. The car still starts but it's a sign of a weakening battery.

Age is another factor. If your battery is over 7 years old it's probably wise to change it before the very cold weather comes.

1. The halo rings and taillights would not light up when unlocked
2. Radio clock kept resetting.

I kept getting the battery symbol on the dash, and the radio would go off about 30 sec after killing the engine. REplaced the battery, no issues since.

+1 on number 1 above. When my battery was dying:

1. My welcome lights did not illuminate when I unlocked the car. However oddly the puddle lamps in the door handles did continue to work.
2. It cranked noticeably slower.

I saw no other symptoms. My battery was replaced under warranty at ~ 2 yrs old when I brought it in for the battery cable recall and complained of the welcome lights no longer working. That was back in August of this year.

I got the yellow warning light for 'low battery', but thought it was probably because the car had been sitting for about two weeks. Drive it for a few days, and the light never returned. Then, one day about a week later, it was DEAD ... I had to get a jump to get home

The first sign I got was that I could not lower the top with the remote while the engine was turned off. Then I was having trouble unlocking the doors. Then a low battery warning appeared on the iDrive screen. I had the battery replaced this morning and everything appears to be OK.
