License Plates

I want to get new vanity plates for my car. I have my initials right now but I want something different. I am thinking JOELSX5, but my friend insists I should get X-Rated. I told him no. My other friend wants me to get FLYIN-X... Any good suggestions?

The problem with catchy plates like that is that sometimes you get TOO MUCH attention. Make sure that whatever you get is not so bad as to attract too many looks, or you might regret it. That doesn't mean that you can't have some fun and get something interesting, but make sure it won't piss someone off and give them motivation to do something to your car. (I've seen it happen)

Most DMV's would nix X-Rated or any variations of that.

I had JEFFS X5 when I was in Chicago, but went with something different when I moved back to Michigan...

Exactly. Just get something simple but classy. Few suggestions:
X-citing
X Qsme
X Quizit
Or, how about just plain Joels X, CJs X, Curious J, Lil Joel, etc.....

How about GROW UP? Oh, mickey has that one reserved in all 50 states.

Some obvious ones:

XTREME
XILR8
X5 JOEL

Or, since you're a ski racer:

SKI XPRS
XTRM SKI

Or because you're so curious:

IWUNDER
KURIOUS
WHAT IF
LOSTBOY

I've mentioned it before, and I'm going to mention it again 'cause it still cracks me up. A dude on the Audi allroad boards has a California plate that I love.

STFU LOL

He had to work hard to get it past the Plate Police, but the nice old lady @ the desk bought his explanation of what it meant.

Nah, stick to JOELsX5 or something similar. Those plates are OK if ur P Diddy or JayZ driving Phantoms. But if it were u or me with those plates, we might be asking for trouble.

You may have a tough time getting past the plate police. Friend of mine wanted "69 AMX" for his 1969 American Motors AMX and got told no way. Me thinks DMV just has dirty mind.
